We are so happy you found us and we look forward to working with you to help you achieve your mental health goals. We are a virtual psychiatry practice offering a boutique style level of care. We treat depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma related disorders, addiction, insomnia and obesity.
We now offer medication assisted weight management. Whether you have gained weight due to your psychiatric medications or are struggling with overweight or obesity due to a mental health disorder, we believe a healthy body contributes to mental health and wellness.
At Peace of Mind Psychiatry, our mission is to make you feel heard and cared for throughout your treatment. We believe that by creating an atmosphere of compassion and understanding, we can set the foundation for healing and growth.
We listen. We want mental health care to feel approachable. We want you to to feel in control of your treatment, so we prioritize your goals and actively involve you in the decision making process every step of the way.
We treat mental health disorders through medication management, lifestyle modification counseling, brief therapy, and education. We do not have therapists in our practice, but we have established relationships with a fantastic network of therapists.
Kierston and Kelley are psychiatric nurse practitioners with combined decades of experience treating patients with mental health conditions.

Peace of Mind provides mental health services for individuals ages 15 and older.
Yes, we are currently in network with Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medicare, UMR, and United Healthcare. We do accept patients without insurance as well. Our self pay rates are $300 for a 1 hour initial evaluation and $130 for follow up visits. If we are not in network with your insurance, you can pay the self pay rates and we can provide a document for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
We are a group of psychiatric nurse practitioners. A psychiatric nurse practitioner is a nurse with specialized education and training to evaluate, diagnose, and treat mental health disorders. This includes prescribing psychiatric medications in collaboration with a psychiatrist.
We do not offer in person appointments at this time.
We are typically able to schedule your first appointment within 1-2 weeks. We know that by the time you reach out, you're ready to start. So, we try to make ourselves available. After you call or email, you will be sent additional information about the practice and intake forms. Once those are complete, we are able to add you to the schedule.
